Notice is hereby given that the Charlestown Zoning Board will hold the following public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 37 Railroad St, Charlestown, N.H.:

Case #20-04: Herbert and Heidi Greenwood (Owner) William Fowle (Agent) request a Variance from the terms of Section 8.5.6 (a.) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a residential property to be smaller than 5 acres. The property is identified as Map 106 Lot 079 and is located at 765 Old Claremont Rd. in the Watershed Protection Area (D) Zoning District.
