The proposed change is to the Solar Ordinance Section 13.4:

Change Small Commercial Solar in Zones E, F-1, F-2, G-2 from being permitted with use of building permit to Use permitted by Conditional Use Permit.

The Conditional Use Permit is approved through the Planning Board.
