public hearing on Thursday April 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 26 Railroad St,
Charlestown, N.H.:
Case #20-02: Campbell House LLC (Owner) Ann Campbell (Agent): request a Variance from the terms of
Section 8.6.4 (b)(i) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit an 8 square foot sign. The property is
identified as Map 115 Lot 033 and is located at 164 Old Springfield Rd. in the Rural Residential
(A-1) Zoning District.
