Notice is hereby given that the Charlestown Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold the following public hearing on Thursday, June 8 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room below the Silsby Library at 26 Railroad Street Charlestown, NH.

Case #23-01: Catherine Martel (Owner) Jay Church & Judith Murray (Agents): request a Variance from the terms of Section 8.5.7 b of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a lot line adjustment that will create lots under the .5-acre requirement with less than 100 ft. of road frontage. The property is identified as Map 118 Lot 183 and is located at 75 Elm Street and 224 East Street in the Mixed Use (E) Zoning District.
