From the Sullivan County Commissioners Office:  We wanted to remind all ... in April 2006, the County began a collaboration with NACo (National Association of Counties) to offer a free discount prescription card program for all citizens of the County.  That program continues today, with cards available at:

  • County buildings (the Commissioners Office & Records Building in Newport, and the Sullivan County Health Care Facility & Department of Corrections in Unity)
  • all Sullivan County area Town Clerk's Offices
  • Claremont City Hall
  • various welfare offices & senior centers
  • ServiceLink
  • Valley Regional Emergency Room
