Be a Part of Charlestown’s History!
Enter Your Family in the Soon-To-Be-Published Book!
The third edition of the History of Charlestown is being compiled. One of the most important sections will be the genealogy section. Everyone living in town is invited to fill out an information sheet on their family. Forms are now online:
Print off a form today, fill it out, and leave it at the Selectboard’s Office, or mail to the Charlestown Heritage Commission, P. O. Box 385, Charlestown, NH 03603. If you find, later on, that you need to update the form, we can change it before publication. Anyone who lived in Charlestown between 1950-2009, but has since moved away, is also invited to complete a genealogy form.
We will be contacting everyone in town to fill out a genealogy form. By Old Home Day next year, we will be taking pre-publication orders for the third history.
Volunteers are still needed to write about various topics in Charlestown and to do data entry. Call Eric Lutz at 826-5565 if you’d like to help write our history book!
